The Role
As a key player in a services company collaborating with leading semiconductor firms, you will push the boundaries of technology and design. We are looking for a Graduate Layout Engineer to join our Maynooth Team. We highly value the progression of our knowledge and so continue to educate and train our team on the cutting edge of layout techniques. All team contributions are valued here. Responsibilities
Good Problem Solving: Ideally have some exposure to Integrated Circuit Layout and/or Integrated Design through their university/college curricula, although, not essential.
Collaboration: Ability to work in close collaboration with customers. Work closely with circuit designers to understand and implement detailed layout requirements.
Client Excellence: Manage and build client relationships with expertise and professionalism.
Engineering Practices: Apply and improve engineering principles across diverse projects.
Improvement: Interest in improving layout knowledge and methodology.
Global Coordination: Connect with design teams across different time zones, ensuring flawless project execution. Ability to manage work in various time zones.
Communication: Provide regular updates to customers and maintain effective communication with team members. Ability to work independently as well as in teams, including remote teams.
Qualifications
Education: Minimum level required is BS/BEng(Hons).
Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a diverse, dynamic team environment.
